Why Women’s Confidence and Aspirations Erodes

Among women who have made it to a top management position,
57% did not make the decision to pursue that route until they
were an experienced employee more than two years into their
career. Men’s decision points, however, are spread more evenly
across age ranges, though 42% have already decided to aim for
a top position before they are two years into their career.
